Front taste a bit like port, followed quickly by deep dark caramel, then burnt caramel (bitter). Nose much like a caramel-ish port or sherry.

1.036 hydrometer, refracted 15.75 brix Racked to clean carboy. Same tastes of burnt caramel/toffee/port. Nose same of caramel. Bitter, but doesn't strike me AS bitter as May sample volume change from hydrosample and equipment lost
