15 gallons into glass carboys. 5 gallons into bucket.

All: starter'ed Wyeast liquid cider yeast.

5gl glass: + "playground" dregs culture.

2013-01-19 kegged 1.004

(Maybe date is wrong) Kegged the two non-sour glass carboys into kegs "E" and "H". Dry, tart and apple-y.

2013-02-24 conditioning

Took 1 gallon from sour cider into 3 growlers. Added 350ml of frozen concentrate: white grape, apple cherry, kiwi strawberry. Added 1gl of pear juice into apple cider.

2013-06-16 kegged 1.004

Last of non-sour cider in bucket kegged into "H". Super clean, no sourness or tartness at all.

2013-08-24 gravity sample 1.003

Sample from apple+pear sour carboy: smells like shit, no real sour character, minor pear contribution. dump-worthy.
