All: starter'ed Wyeast liquid cider yeast.

5gl glass: + "playground" dregs culture.

(Maybe date is wrong) Kegged the two non-sour glass carboys into kegs "E" and "H". Dry, tart and apple-y.

conditioning

Took 1 gallon from sour cider into 3 growlers. Added 350ml of frozen concentrate: white grape, apple cherry, kiwi strawberry. Added 1gl of pear juice into apple cider.

Last of non-sour cider in bucket kegged into "H". Super clean, no sourness or tartness at all.
