- Increased flaked oats fraction to 15%, toasting ~half of oatmeal in oven. (2012-11-02: toasted 1.5 lbs @375°F for ~30 minutes … not totally even, but rich golden/brown.)
- Replaced 2-row with Maris Otter.
- Replace Crystal 60 with Special B for raisiny goodness.
